It may take a couple days but sticky chicks will fluff out. Keep it separate from the others as they will pick and pull at the yolky string and cause injury. You can snip it a bit if it is dry at the end so it doesn't drag but don't snip close to the body as it might bleed out. Put a little neosporin on the site if it looks red or inflamed. Hopefully no infection will start. Keep that baby nice and warm. It may sleep alot the next 24 hours. It doesn't have to eat for as long as 72 hours but that is when the yolk sack is completely absorbed. Offer it a dribble of water with a little raw apple cidar vinegar (don't use sugar water, you may end up with pasty butt). Watch it and let it tell you what it needs. Being born is hard work and sometimes it just takes everything they have to get through the first 24 hours.
