My 8 Month Old Chicken was out in the yard and what I think was a hawk got her. I didn't see it but I heard her shrills. When I was trying to find her, I saw an overload of feathers everywhere and squatted to see she was wedged in the bushes against the fence with her backside to me. When I finally got her out I noticed her right eye was missing feathers (around the eye, near the ear, and near the neck/throat) and she wasn't opening it. Immediately, I held her close in a towel to calm her. I dabbed saline on a cotton ball and softly tried to remove debris away from that area. I put Saline in an eye dropper to rinse around the eye area as well and where the eye lid is. I tried to gently move her eye lid down to see if the eye was there, it was, but it was a grayish color and noticed a scratch from both sides of the eye opening. She's sleeping indoors with me tonight, I checked on her(3 hours after the incident and her nose was dripping a blackish color liquid).

WAS I DOING THE RIGHT THING? WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? PLEASE HELP!! PLEASE!!

So far you've done a good job.
All you can do for her is give her comfort care. I recommend applying a small dab of Neosporin ointment in her eye 2 or 3 times a day as needed until she is able to open her eye on her own.
Also, give her one drop of Poultry Nutri Drench orally twice a day for no more than 5 days. Poultry Nutri Drench is loaded with vitamins and minerals and will help her recover.
Try to get her to eat her feed, make a watery mash to make it easier for her to eat and swallow.
