Update: I was up around 3 am and checked on the chick and after sitting on my hand and peeping at me, she drank and ate a bit! Hurray! I was so glad to see her showing a bit of life.
I worry about her getting depressed being all by herself but there are week-old chicks in a another brooder opposite her that she can see and hear so I hope that will be good enough for now. Perhaps in a week or so, I can put a few of them in with her for company because surely they would be too small to pick on her. I'm not sure though, I guess I'll see how everything goes.
