Hey Timbo go on ebay and type in hatching eggs and then look through the listings for black copper marans.. You might oughta try to get some eggs from blue hen. They are bringing top dollar for hatching eggs right now. Wish I had a truckload of them-- I'd learn how to pack and ship eggs really really fast --

Maybe you could buy eggs from him and sell them on ebay-- just a thought. Hey if you got a pic of that welsummer x phoenix roo , I'd love to see it---------Wayne

Yes, i have to get pictures of the roo. I'm going to try to talk him out of a few eggs. specialy the blue coppers. I'll check out ebay.

I emailed him just now about what sort of marans he'll have.. I'm hoping to add some marans from ginasmarans this month.
Dorkings are due to hatch on the 26th, my hubby's b-day!

There was actually a post on the ethics of doing that.. If the Timbo's friend found out he was doing that, would he be mad?
If not, Bring some eggs this way!!

West TN Poultry Club Meeting

(You DO NOT have to be from West TN to attend)

We will be meeting in the Gibson Community Center, Gibson, TN. (The zip is 38338 if you want to mapquest it)

The community center is on Hwy 79 (between Humboldt and Milan)just outside of Gibson going towards Milan.

The meeting will be at 11:00 am.

I have reserved the building until 2pm. I have asked permission for
us to be able to host a swap at this location and am awaiting an
answer on that.

I'd like to make this a potluck type lunch, because you know how
well food can help us mingle, but if you are not able to bring
something, don't worry, just come anyway.

If anybody has any buff cochin chicks for sale or trade and you are planning to come to the meeting in Gibson on the 21st (the one mentioned above), could you bring them? I am having trouble finding any! I think I do have 3 coming, but wanted to get a few more.
