There are 2 ways to do images...

1.) You can click the "Uploads" link at the top of the page here...
Then, browse to your picture that is stored on your computer and click the submit button.
When it shows that your picture is uploaded successfully you will see two boxes under your picture...one of them has the IMG code in it....highlight that code and copy it, then paste it into your post. There is a limit to how much space you can use for pics here so I prefer to use the next method.

2.) You can go to a website like Photobucket and upload your pictures. Then you take the code from that website and paste it into a posting section. (the code will look something like this: (img)https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads/12638_perkins_crowing_-_closeup.jpg(/img) ....except the img code will have [] instead of ()

let me know if this doesn't make sense

*** I forgot to say that if you use the first method and you want to use some pics that you have uploaded before, then click on "Uploads", then click the "My Uploads" link at the bottom right corner of the page to see all the pics you have uploaded before.

Perkins is a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte....I am thinking about getting some hens and developing a whole flock of these beauties!
