I got him and two pullets this summer at three weeks old, so he's only a few months old. He hasn't even started crowing yet. But he's a big old fluffball. He will eat out of my hand but still don't like being picked up that much.

Rebecca, he is gorgeous. I think a whole flock ranging in the yard would be absolutely breathtaking. I vote you go for it!!!!!! Just in case you need an enabler.

Rebecca ,is Perkins standard size or Bantam size. He's great whatever he is. I think all the wyandottes are beautiful birds. And theone you have is really nice. When I was young growing up around Medina-Our landlady ( Mrs Jessie Foutch) Had a pen full of silver laced wyandottes. They were so great . And she always had a cookie for me when visited.
