So we got 4 baby chicks, my first ever flock of chickens. Me and my family spoiled them while they were chicks and they loved Sertain humans like me and my mom and loved to hang out with them. When they were about 1 year old they still loved humans. But then they got attacked by a raccoon, and one of them died. And a few months pasted then 1 of the chickens (Rhode Island red) she became a total jerk! Randomly, started to attack humans and attack my feet and bite me, then about another month 1 other chicken (black sex link) became a total jerk and started to attack us. Why did they suddenly start to hate humans? Even me, when I care for them and give them there treats. Is there a way to make them use to humans again? I put the raccoon attack in cause maybe that had something to do about it.

I have a suspicion that the personality changes may be due to these two chicks suddenly turning into teenage cockerels. Can you post some photos of them?

Check out the various threads on rooster training (Most of the articles on this subject, from a brief perusal, are garbage. If some one has a good one, feel free to correct me.) They do apply, at least in part, to hens. This thread is fairly decent. Sex links and Production reds (RIRs) are noted for being jerks. (Personally, I think Production Red hens have the best character, but I am by far in the minority.)

The first thing that came to my mind was the possibility that you have at least one rooster, maybe two. Photos would be helpful.
we don’t have roosters only hens, they are all about 1-2 year old hens and I will post pictures tomorrow when it’s light out and there awake
