ATTN Buster......Buster's SS chicks

Hmmm....I guess I'll wait a week and see what he looks like. It's hard because I don't have anyone to compare him to here. In my case I'll have to wait two weeks because after tomorrow, that will be the next time I am home.

Some of the poofy feathers are from the breeze but in general he looks like that- spikey.

Are the chicks with your SS chicks BBS orps Katy?

There are some BBS orps and some blue rocks with them.

Ahhh ok. How are your blue rocks? I had some partridge rocks once and they were the flightiest birds I've ever seen.

I know, I know. Stop it Jared- FOCUS.

My oldest are only a couple months old, but they're pretty calm so far. I don't think I'm gonna keep a roo from them....just the pullets for my laying flock. I don't want to have to build another pen for them!!! They are a pretty blue tho and a little different shade than the orps or wyandottes.

Ugh no! He is from MMH parents. I only do REAL chickens, so it can't possibly be a frizzle.
