hey everyone! i bought my first ever shipped eggs last week and i picked them up today!! i plan on putting them under my broody tomorrow!!! ive done a hatch a long a few times and they are always so much fun!! so fill free to share what your hatching!! never too late to join!! ive always ever hatched my hens eggs, so im excited to see how these shipped eggs go!!

I have my first hatch set for mid month. Could be Barred rocks, or Barred Rock, Speckled Sussex x, or both.

barred rocks are one of my favorite breeds!! they are so calm and loving!

Down to 11/12. Removed one as it was clear, even to me, that it was just an egg. I guess one of the girls ain't gettin' any lovin'.

We are due for our first hatch of duck eggs in 2 days! They are currently in lockdown and we are super excited!

I got 15 muscovy hatched today after 34 days of nest time. Not the best picture.

Later this week another 15 chickens are due, from the shared nesters. Two first time young moms.
