Just placed an order from Meyer for: Mille Fleur Bantam, Porcelain Belgian Bearded d'Uccle Bantam, Mottled Cochin Bantam, Black Frizzle Cochin Bantam, and one assorted feather legged Bantam. They arrive the 30th. Very excited to get the babies! I am torn between naming the Mille Fleur Candy Corn or Confetti.

Thank you. Alsoooo, I thinkkkk they arrive tomorrow! I hope so. I'm so excited to see them. I've wanted each of these breeds for the longest time, so I'm just itching to get them. Never thought I'd say this but we're hoping certain ones are roosters (or at least one of them) because we want certain crosses with out silkies (or crosses of the chicks we ordered).

So exciting! What is the weather where you are? I am thinking about getting (in spring) mottled bantam Cochins, Seramas, Araucanas and another breed that I don’t know what is called in English but it kind of looks like a Millie fleur Polish

I live in MD so right now it is quite hot and very humid. And ah love that mix of breeds. I've always wanted seramas.

They did but sadly they did not make it . I'm thinking because they were bantam, they just had a rough trip. I've had shipped chicks twice and never had that issue. Meyer is sending out another order that is set to ship Tuesday.

here is a picture of one of the 3 babies we had hatch. I thought this one was going to be all white but shortly after hatch (and drying) she def has a few spots of black. Also her feathering is interesting. Our other silkies feathering didn’t look quite like that (and neither do the other two chicks) so I’m wondering if she has a different type of feathering. The breeder I got the eggs from said there’s a high chance for frizzles (and other feathering)
