Augusta Maine Poultry/ Farm Days Swap at Tractor supply 2012

hey tayfrey, this guy is looking for a broody hen, didn't you just get one back last swap?
I did but I plan on keeping her. I have some more that may be broody, I have a barred rock that is always making nests, but you never know when you move them around. She is in a trio I am selling with 2 hens and a rooster of barred rocks! they are $40.00 for all 3, let me know if anyone is interested!

updating my list of what I'm bringing. If I can fit it without breaking, plant starts, lots of tomatos but mostly weird kinds- some 6 packs of mixed herbs, and maybe a beautiful cockeral but probably not unless I have a request for one. also a 6 pack of paint silkie eggs but only if you reserve them prior, no need to cart expensive eggs for a ride if they are not sold.

update . i found a broody hen tonight. a guy i work with has 6 broodys in his coop so i traded 1 of my pearl white leghorn hens for 1. he also lended one of his other broodys as well. so i should be all set for now.

How is an agrigultural swap different from farm swap??

I have to be in Brunswick this Sat but there is no thread for that swap and I wondered what the difference was. I might have to make the trip to Augusta...

I am pretty sure they are the same thing... you can bring all kinds of different things, the ones in Augusta really good and normally lots of people show up because it is right on the way to Walmart, and all of the different shopping places and the whole town, also you can see it from the road and people will stop in and see what all of the commotion is. I haven't heard anything about the brunswick one. so I have no idea. Hope I helped!

what is the French Lop mixed with? very interested in her.. how much? also do you know where i can get other french lops?
