Are these Araucans Pure Bred or Mutts- Sold to me as pure bred Araucanas . Got her down to $40.00 for the two and so lucky i did they are very scruffy but nothing a bit of care and a new molt wont do.

All i know is that they have to be either a slate grey colour, black or some other plain coulour like a whitey grey.
They Are Lavender Blue Araucanas, so the coloring is right and there leggs are a slate grey as well but im still going to question it.

Oh gawd Satay. LOL. I'm kinda sorry I asked now.  They're soooo cute...and snakey thinks tasty I bet. 

lol. Yes they are really cute and are out on the grass now. These ones will never be snake food. Only one of our snakes is big enough to eat a quail so not all that many will become food. More eye candy for me and a little food for mila. Luke they look like proper Aracuanas to me except the necks look a bit long(perhaps it's the way I am looking at them) but I only have a couple. Hopefully Ash will come on and confirm for you as he would be a better judge on that breed.

i Ive just confirmed myself and with the help from some people on my own separate thread they they are pure bred, so happy.

Satay ! I love them.... They are so healthy looking and love the markings.

As a kid I had a diamond - He was called Piddles He was my ace to get rid of unwanted human company mum use to let in to 'play' with me.

I was sick of them stealing my stuff or breaking it, but they never came back after I told them my toys were in the toy box

err sorry I was wondering were Piddles was hiding !
