Supposed to get up to 40c and Russian warships are in our waters, what a day.
Luckily 20-40mm of rain is on the way and the temps supposed to drop right back tomorrow night. 

p.s cat seems nice and recovered

Yup it's hotter. The home weather temp is 40. As we are out of the wind mainly ! I am not happy but hubby put the sprinklers on in the "grove" and the girls released are happily in the cold shady spot.

OMG Sam, those temps are awful! I think I'd be in an iced bath if I had to survive that. I hope you & everyone else nearer 40 than 30 have some relief from it soon!

I bet those Russian ships have great aircon. Wonder if they'd be inclined to give tours. ; )

I'm starting to guess gender of my chicks. It seems that my luck may have run out with the high numbers. I'm seeing an awful lot of reddening combs but am going to wait the full six weeks before deciding, hopefully with some help. : )
