I think you don’t want to over heat them… having 30+ Temps during the day inside should be enough especially if you have a sunny place in the house where they can get the suns rays but not bake themselves…. If not you can always partly cover the box with a blanket if they look or sound cold… at night depending on how much the temps drop you can use a normal heater (like you do in winter to keep yourself warm) just don’t put it too close to the box…. I’ve done this with my last lot of chicks…. They are now 12-14 weeks oldYeah righto, thanks for the help, do you think the natural heating inside would be enough for them or need a lamp inside, as I don’t have a broody hen.
