You can eat them fertile or not. There is no taste difference. If you want to see if your rooster is doing his job crack open an egg onto a plate. Look for a small white ring on the yolk of the egg. If there is a dot in the middle(called the bullseye) fertile. If not then not fertile.

I do 1 other Ara hen, but she hasn't laid in ages and the 2 eggs where very different greens. So had 2 come from 2 dif hens.

OMG took me three days to catch up on you guys ! We are all going well. Made some provements to the pen and Apps I use milk crates that are lined for my nest the girls seem to like them I will post pics later but I'm glad to see all the pictures and hope the sickies are on the mend !
