Was it fancy chook that was worried about respitory problems? Try colloidal Silver in their water. It's supposed to be super effective as a "second immune system" the man i got my marans from suggested it. He puts a bit in his Chickens water once a week as a preventative. I've only tried it once so no definitive results but they use it to sanitize and remove odors from gym equipment etc and are trialing it with people with aids.

Ash, how are my babies doing? I miss big ol' phantom starting to feather at all? Any barring?

You guys were right about the eggs being ok after the blackout. Just had my first 100% :-D before Satay's, I'd honestly never even heard of a 100% hatch and they were your eggs ash oh and Sydneyquailman, was with the incubator you sold me

Oh Ben, they would have been much safer sitting on my hubby's lap than with Aus post.
Speaking of WA they were having a great time, till my daughter ate something that didn't agree with her. She spent the night in swan district hospital on a drip.

. Hope she recovers enough to ride in the show jumping comp on Thursday.

I went to a lunch bar here a few weeks back and had chicken schnitzel......will never do that again!

Yes, you are right, you are and were all so right. I should have just done it and ran two incubators back when I had the chance. Walking cautiously back then is haunting my sleep now!

Might have to get two dozen to allow for the 'Aus Post' factor. Will see how it goes in the meantime with this current hatch. Can't believe I am thinking of the next one already!

I can already see my Ara X has got muffs. No crest though. Can't wait to see how they turn out.
