Join the club re the marans junkie though. My last hatch I hatched out an Ara/Marans, and it so cute, even cuter than a normal chick. This heat up here is a bit wearing at the moment, but at least my 2-4 day old chicks don't need heat during the day.

We visited SA and it was great.
Mum was super really, she even left days open so that we could be robbed.lol. She actually left days out because she thought we could get robbed or attacked but it was so safe. We even got lost in a huge shanty town but got pleasantly lead the way out by some locals.

Don't be fooled Luke, I think you would be shocked by what actually happens. Ak47's are common. We, Aussies, are delightfully naïve. It comes from living in paradise.
