Lesions are the sores that they get in wet fowl pox. If she is eating and drinking , that is a good sign.
Does she have any other symptoms ? What's her breathing like ? Any liquid around the nostrils ?

It sounds like fowl pox. Go to the search bar at the top of the page and type in " fowl pox ". There are pics and lots of helpful information. It is very important to keep her isolated , as this is contagious.
