Just had a lady ring she is on the way to buy 6 doz quail eggs for hatching and my 6 babies from the last hatch. Gumtree really is useful hey Sam

I don't plan on keeping them all Luke. Some will become food for MIla the coastal carpet some breeding stock and some i will sell. I just made raspberry and white choc chip muffins using quail eggs and they came out so moist. Yummo

Love the new girls Luke. I have only named a few of my ducks over the years. Bindi is in my avatar. She was my first muscovey girl but was killed by the neighbours dog a few years ago. I do have ebony a black muscovey but they are mostly just called the girls.

Hey Sam love the quails. Maybe i created a monster advertising eggs on gum tree. I now can't keep up with orders lol. 2 Sams on the one thread will be fun Will have to be chooky Sam and quail man Sam lol
Thanks to the lovely Ebony deciding to take flight to the neighbours dam next door this morning. I am now off to the docs this arvo for a tetanus shot after managing to get a rather rusty fish hook one of the kids had left just below the water in my leg. Ebony is still in the dam so hopefully she will get her butt home tonight when it gets dark.
