I have an update on the dog next door. I saw the owner of the property yesterday and he says the dog has gone. He said someone came and got it (the thinks she may have sold it but he is not sure) on Friday. he says it has not been there since. So fingers crossed it has gone for good now and I wont have anymore problems.

Sorry Kat, you might just be able to sell him for $5. If he was Pure Bred ( which I don't think he is ) you could sell him, but crossed roosters are hard to sell.

I paid $30 for my pair(years ago) but if they are good quality $60 is not too bad. Make sure you check them over first before you buy.

They get golden yolk pellets and a grain mix, I have grit out for them but I've never seen them eat it, and I tried to buy them oyster shell but my feed store doesn't keep it anymore, he suggested suet from the butchers, but the local butcher closed down lol and I haven't had a chance to get to the other on at the other end of town. I only got the two white ones cos their owner said they weren't laying as well, so I think it's just her, all the other eggs are fine, just hers, got 3 today, and hers had the yolk spilling out, she was laying shell less eggs before her moult, so she's improved a bit, but I don't think I could have her killed, although she never wants me to touch her, she does come and sit next to me, and every time I cough she squats, she's a laugh, apart from their feed I give them all the scraps and they get a can of cat food once a week, and yogurt when I remember to buy it

Oh, and I'm getting two langshan pullets tomorrow, they're cross bred but I don't really care, and bantams, never had bantams so that should be fun
