Hello all,
I am from the Toowoomba region. There is an auction here on Sunday, at the Show Grounds. Starts st 8am. Will have to rattle my sleepy bones and get down there. It will be my first! Can't wait! Is any one else able to go?

Had 3 chicks hatch 2 days ago, none of the others have hatched yet. Has any one else had that experience?
I candled them and they all seem to be alright. I need a bit of encouragement and advice at the moment.
The brakes are firmly locked on, I am not about to do anything rash.
There is no bad smells, so I will just hang in there.
Anyone got any advice for me?

Just hang in there chicky, my last hatch went from day 20-26 . Silkie first then coronation sussex and light sussex. I was just reading a thread on here where this guy was ready to ditch the last egg at day 28 , when it started chirping ! Now I don't know if his were all set at the same time, but mine certainly were. 21 days is just the average hatch time, with 20-26 being more likely. Just sit on your hands and wait it out.
