Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

Lol, I don't really have a fear as such, but I have two pretty big dislikes that most people find hilarious, I hate the feeling of cotton wool balls and people talking to me when brushing their teeth. I run in really bad neighbor hoods late at night, handle snakes and spider bare handed, skydive, bungee jump, deep sea dive at night but stay the heck away from me when you are brushing you teeth ahahahaha

I am sure that might make some people feel better about fears of things that can hurt you when I can't stand touch little fluffy white things!

Well I guess ' fairy floss ' is out of the question. :lau

:lau :yuckyuck
I don't feel so bad now with my grasshopper fear. Glad others are as similar too.

My nan hates all things cold blooded lol only fear is of spiders and me not getting to my kids in time to save them. ( I have shocking nightmares)

hahah, the bigger the better!!
I have never seen wolf spiders are they poisonous?
I agree with getting rid of or killing funnel webs if they are in the home. We have had a few. They are as black as night it's crazy and their fangs are really as big as they show on tv, I like them...well apart from the fact that they can kill you:D .

What where you bitten by?
Ive been bit several times, though only by huntsman.

Bitten by a wolf spider. Painful and make you suck but won't kill and it was heading to the chicks !

I don't judge people's fears or dislikes. Everyone is different. I have a friend has a fear of Soap lol needs to use non soap cleansers and is scared to death of grass

Sam your chicks are so cute! They look just like mine :D mine are 18 days. Fancy, i wrote to you saying all is well here and said "i hope i don't jinx myself".. I jinxed myself :th we had a big horrible snake, it took 2 of my baby Australorps :hit my poor mum had to stick her hand in the chicks little home to rescue the others, my mum is petrified of snakes, poor bugger. I wasn't home, had gone out to get the chooks feed and dad left their little roof open for them to get some air, I said to him don't leave it open if you're not around because.. Well you know, needles to say i was heart broken when i got home, my mum hasn't stop shivering from the memories and dad is feeling like crap. In other news! Lol too take the remaining poor little monsters mind off the horrible torment the endured i listened to all your wonderful and much appreciated advise and put the extension onto the chicks home, they had their trip onto the grass and they LOVE it! It's so cute watching them scratch and dig in the grass and practice their flying skills.. As per usual i have included some pics ;) my Barne's tail feathers are hilarious! I've since taken the cute, but very silly white balcony off so the chicks have more grass..
Hey Sydney Love the chicks. Yours are only a few days older. Looks like a roo in your barnies. Lol I have managed to keep one roo and one hen and the lorp cross I have no idea on !

Clowns are a really commone phobia apparently. My mother in law is terrified of travelators.. I though she must of fallen on one when she was young but no they just freak her out lol. We use alot of stairs if you go into brisbane city when they are down visiting.
Ohhh I love stairs :) compared to elevators anyway lol My other fear is wardrobes, you won't find one in my house. Boys and I have frames that are on the ends of double bunks :) weird I know

Wow I got @'d. What a cool way to get someone's attention. This seems such a busy thread, I'll try to keep up.

Hi everyone. I normally hang around the other Australian thread.

Hasn't this southeast heat been shocking? At least we got some rain out of it.

Happy New Year and ,Cheers to all

Thanks for the invite.

I have a black hen the heritage of which I have not a clue but she is a nice type. She came named Harry (now Hariette) free with a $20 coop. Lays 60 eggs in 61days.

I have (my sons really) a Silkie named Silkie.

A black hybrid call Henrietta an escape artist. Who loves foraging along busy roads. She is currently visiting my sister while I fix my fence better.

A Wheaton maran called Tiddles.

Two blue Australorps one always clucky called Fraidy. And one beautiful like her name sake Lizzy Taylor.

Two Barney's. One double laced called Lacey and the other single laced called Cagney.

A few chicks from my last hatch - should have been roos, wellies, naked necks and Araucanas.

Playing musical chooks at the moment as a couple come back crowing.

How about you?
