I love the orpingtons, and my fella has been mounting my little araucana who lays blue eggs, so who knows what the fertilized eggs will produce. I'm hoping small blue orpingtons.

Hi, these aren't the newest babies, these 2 are 7 months old. I'll take some photos of the new ones tomorrow so you can help me work it out. The 2 in the pic you see are a girl and a boy. So I'm pretty sure that the newest lot there are 2 boys.

My Yokohama's finally moved into their new abode.
I haven't seen them so comfortable and happy before, perhaps the quarantine shed was not of a high enough standard for these two royalty.lol.

just took some photos of my 10 week old orpingtons, I have 2 black and 1 buff. I think the black are boys and the buff a girl but only basing this on their comb development.

Thoughts everyone?

The one in top pic looks like a roo. If I ever add another breed to my already out of hand flock it would be blue orps. I just love them.

I think roo as well, if that's the case I may have to re home him as I've already got a roo. What do you think the buff coloured one is? I'm praying hen, I've already named her Marg as she looks like the colour of margarine
