Would this be a lavender? It has the same patterns as a partridge but is more blue.

Hello from Monkerai, at the base of the Barrington tops in NSW.
Today is an exciting day: one of our hen's first eggs hatched last night: a cute little black chick. Peep peep.
I also am looking for some advice to diagnose what happened to one of our chooks that we dispatched after she appeared to be maybe eggbound. After looking at her insides I now suspect fatty liver. If anyone has any experience in this I posted a picture in the emergency health thread, and I'd love to know if it is, and, can we still eat the meat?
Look forward to meeting more of the Aussie byc community,
Jo
Welcome to the thread and congrats on the bub. I have also posted a reply to your pic in the sickness thread.
