Pics on the way! Just went out to get some 'progress shots' but the batteries are flat. If they can charge enough before dark I'll have some up tonight
P.S. Thanks for the welcome Ray!
P.P.S Christy you need a big campercoop so you can take your birds with you
Flat batteries are always to be dreaded.
Happens to me all the time, my camera guzzles power.
So managed to get enough charge to take the pics but then the batteries died before I could load them on the computer!

Ooh, bummer
Can you take the memory chip out of the camera? It won't work with all computers, but some will have a little slot you can put the chip in like a USB... you can get pics off it that way. It's what I do, your camera and mine sound like twins

Yep tried that but we have a dodgy card reader in our computer
It's one of those things we've never bothered to fix cause we can always (ahem, usually) just connect the camera via USB...
Well get those batteries charged so we can see some pics
On another note, I'm getting some blue Australorp eggs sent over from WA (I'm in QLD). They're show quality and I've already decided to enter them into a few show that are on around April to June. I can't wait
Yeah congrats for sure! They are just gorgeous creatures, I absolutely love 'em!
OK so I just tried to upload a pic... Went through the process and submitted it but I'm not sure if it's worked... Any suggestions?
How do you mean?
I can see the pic in your avatar. But usually when you upload a pic, when it's finished uploading there is a "template" and an "image" copy the image link and past it onto the post you are writing.
