He's absolutely beautiful! I think it's fascinating that they come out such a bold bi-color like that. I'm unsure if I like the blue roos or the splash roos better. But, I really like the lacing, and I don't think I've seen a splash roo with that.
I like your Blue cock birds body confirmation with your countries standards and I agree his comb needs work. I really don't have comb problems except frostbite which is not genetic. Your hen does have a lot of tail in that pic unless it is the wind, for your standard. Do you ever have red leakage or bleaching from the sun with the blue cocks? By the way, what is your first name?

Splash hens or cock birds do not have the lacing like the blues.

They will molt several times as the grow too. The last one is at 18 to 20 weeks old or so.
