Need a better pic close up of the heads and the age.

not seeing much comb on 2 of them. how old are they?

I have had them for 7 weeks. They are all still pale pink/flesh color. I will go get more pictures. They are the only ones who come up to me and let me pet them.

with my limited experience, id say pullets....but am also eager to see what others say! mine are a few days behind yours and are looking the same.

When should they start laying?

At this time of year, they should start around 25 weeks old. Mine took from 22 to 26 weeks to all start.
