I would complain to the seller

I would get my money back. That's completely unacceptable. I'd be nice, but I'd still ask for my money back, or at least a free shipment of eggs(packaged differently, of course). If they wouldn't go for either of those, I'd take it up with paypal or my CC company. Paypal is really good about stuff like this(so I have heard).

I'm really sorry about your eggs @appps I hope you get at least one chick out of it.

Here's a picture of my "mystery boy". I named him "Q" for Question, as in "What the heck are you?"

So out of my shipped eggs, three were covered in mess from the cracked eggs so I put them into my incubator, and five were all clean so I put them under Penny my silkie.

Im on day 9 and last night I candled the three in the incubator. One looks like it has a blood ring forming, One I couldnt see anything and one looks like it has a little chick growing! yay!

Im going to wait till day 12 and then re-candle and throw the other two then as Ill be sure there is nothing by then. I will also candle the ones under Penny at the same time.

So hopefully we end up with at least one little chick!

Ugh! I wish I could say I don't know what that's like, but I do. And in my case the seller wouldn't even respond to my messages. I'm sorry you have to go through this. I hope you have better luck with the hatch than I did. Of the unbroken eggs sent to me only one hatched....but I have to admit, I got a very unusual but sweet cockerel out of that one good egg. He's definitely a mixed breed, but I can only guess at the breeds. So....hopefully there will be a ray of light at the end of this hatch for you. Here's a picture of my "mystery boy". The comb looks like a buttercup comb. Greenfire imported a breed in 2013 called the Augsburger. It looks a lot like yours.
