Automatic door

I am trying to figure out how to attach an automatic door to my coop, but everything I find shows the door outside the coop. My coop has the door inside and you pull it open on the back of the coop by pulling the string down. There is no room on the front of the coop to install anything because the run is attached around the door.
I am looking at chicken guard (timer only) but I am trying to figure out if I can set it to pull down to open the door and up to close it. Any ideas?

I have my Chicken Guard installed on the inside. They have examples on their site (or with the door instructions, I don't remember which) showing how to handle door situations that require pulleys due to space.

Looks like plenty off room for a 12in linear actuator on the inside.
