I checked out the designs from that website and it looks doable. I do have a sewing machine though I still havent used it. Perhaps I should get acquainted with it and make one of these. If only I had these before, but I would still have gotten rid of Charlotte as she would have found somewhere else to pick. This would give her feathers on her back that were completely ripped out from Charlotte's attacks to grow back without being broken off by Carrie. But although Carrie hasnt been bothering her bare back yet, she has been constantly breaking off her tail feathers. the saddle wont help her there unfortunately but I still think I will make her one. I would like that bald spot to regrow all its feathers.
