I am not a skilled breadmaker, but this has come out perfect every time. It is delicious! I have modified the boule into a little loaf shape so we have po-boy style buns, but you can also make a loaf big enough for slicing. I'm planning to give as christmas gifts a loaf of this pretty bread and a little jar of homemade jam.
