Awesome Cross

So at the time I just had one Silver Laced Wyandotte Rooster, and 5 different breeds of hens. So I decided to hatch one of each to see the crosses. They're all awesome but I just wanted to share with you this awesome, adorable cross with you guys. The mom is a Porcelain D'uccle. Neither has any brown on them so I'm loving the two random brown feathers on him! He has his moms feathered legs, small stature, and beard! My kids named him Han Solo

Wow! He is a cool looking bird! I love the "homemade" crosses! It's so fun to have offspring of your own birds and to see what they look like mixed together!! Can we see the other crosses too?

The first is the barred rock/silver laced cross. The only thing that separates it from just looking like a Barred, is the silver laced comb. The other one is a Rhode island/silver laced and only has a tiny bit of red. In the other picture it has the the rhode island cross, and two white rock/silver laced. The only difference in the two white rock are their combs. It was so cool seeing the mixes! I'm definitely going to do it again now that I have silkie roos!
