The extra chicks are to keep them warm while shipping.any chance you could just do the 3 ayam cemanis at maybe 30 each then? I already have so many chickens I would just end up giving those 7 away anyways.

Ah, well its pretty warm here in Boston so I would think they would do ok.The extra chicks are to keep them warm while shipping.
Im worried about the sexing to be honest. It seems most places sell straight run but i thought the chickens have basic anatomy and could always be vent sexed. To be fair even from large hatcheries i still get a rooster sometimes but i dont want 3 more haha...If I do send that few there is no alive arrival guarantee on them then. They are smaller chicks and would do better with 10 in the box.
Most people don't know how to vent sex and that is why they only sell straight run. Also then you end up with a bunch of males you have to get rid of. It is really up to you what you want to do. Girls are easier to sex than boys (girls rarely look like boys but boys can sometimes look like girls when looking at their vents).Ah, well its pretty warm here in Boston so I would think they would do ok.
