Yes I think so. However black plumage is dominate and since I fished them out of a pond I can never be 100% sure. I did end up with a drake and hen and she lays one cream colored egg a day.

They might be black or blue runners. My runners started out pretty dark before some of their lighter feathering grew in. Their feet are black.
