Babies in shipping

I just ordered from Metzers and am in Texas, they shipped Monday at midnight and the tracking first said Friday, then Thursday night so I was freaking out. But Tuesday late night I got a notification they were already in town and was call at 8am Wednesday to pick them up.

Last week actually, Im trying not to post too much because I'm already posting a million questions lol.

Here's how they came from Metzers

I don't want to stress you further, but USPS has been delaying shipments with the whole COVID issues at hand.
I ship weekly and ONLY ship live shipments express mail and even those are not always on time now. Up until last week they were arriving at their destinations on time or a day early. But last week I had an express shipment take 3 1/2 days to reach their destination. They were LOST for 2 days. No one could find them.
Priority mail is taking 5-7 days rather than 2-3. I know some hatcheries ship day olds priority instead of express as it's cheaper, but it's NOT in the best interest of the birds right now to be doing that.
I've changed my shipping to only service states in my area to prevent delays in the shipments.

I’ve never ordered from Metzer. My first and last time, usps handled my ducklings very rough and one went missing in transit, and another one died. Now I’m afraid to have shipped. But from what I heard about metzer, they should be fine!
