Baby button quail shakes and has balance issue , help!

This baby hatched 18 days ago. 4 days ago I noticed she is slightly shaking, like hare body swings back and forth or has a little bit of balance issue, I didn't take it seriously and thought a little bit of shaking is normal for a baby quail but she is getting worse and her shaking is so visible and looks totally not right. She eats and drinks fine, but loses her balance and falls when she tries to clean her back. She even shakes when she is standing and eating. She shakes non-stop and continuously swings back and forth. She looks totally fine fiscally.

I hatched her in the incubator and she joined her mom a few days ago. She accepted her and totally takes good care of her.

She lives separately from the others with her mom and her dad gives them a visit every once in a while. The bedding is cloth and I keep it as clean as possible.

I had four hatches and she is the only survivor. The other ones died from different reasons. None of them had these symptoms. I really want her to survive. Tomorrow I'm taking her to the vet but I don't know what to do now.

Gave her some multivitamin and added more calcium to her feed.

The last chick who died was injured by one of my roosters and she was there too when it happened. Do you think the trauma made her worse and this is due to her stress of the incident?

I showed her video to a vet and he said she might be suffering from stomach ache. Poor little thing. I'm happy it wasn't something that serious.
