We had 8 baby chicks hatch two weeks ago, and 1 still doesn't have her feet working right. Not all over her claws are extending and some of her claws are rolled up still. She still manages to get a round but it is more like a controlled fall half the time. She is able to stand okay, but I am noticing now that her legs are splayed more often. Any suggestions as to what to do? She is an Amerucana, the last one to hatch.

Hi, would it be possible for you to post a picture? When we had a baby with the legs spreading to far apart we used tape and created a shackle of sorts to control how far apart the legs could spread. We have also made little shoes to help with the feet. Do a search and you will find lots of info. Best of luck to you.
