I would just give up on him if he didn't seem to have such a will to live. He seems to pretty much spend all his time peeping LOUDLY.
He does swallow if I put food in his mouth.
Surely he will get the idea about eating sooner or later.

I had one with crippled legs and a "will to live"... I hobbled him, gave him three weeks!!! Hand fed him every two hours, vitamins, the works. Ended up having to cull him and it was much harder to do than if I just did it right away. I will never do it again. Sorry if that sounds mean, but chances are the hobble won't work because his "legs in the air" doesn't sound like splayed legs... splayed legs are really like the splits.
