Baby chick in brooder but still looks wet. But its dry!

They love to cuddle, they're very social creatures. Cuddling is very important to their sense of well-being and even at day-one, you'll notice that some will push and shove others. This is totally normal behavior and shows that from hatch to the grave, chickens constantly compare themselves to their peers and rise and fall on their pecking order accordingly.

One more question pls. Is it normal for the brooder temp to drop by a little at night? Since I'm working with a heat lamp. Tks :)
It might depending on how much the outside temp drops. You only want one warm spot in your brooder anyway, let the rest remain cool. It sounds like you are doing fine. Watch your chicks if they avoid the heat lamp, then they are too hot.
