Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

My husband built them a roost and they got the hang of it pretty quickly!

I need advice. We got 3 Buff Orph and 3 RIR's this week. Would it be too stressful for them, to add babies next week? These 6 are so happy and content that I'd hate to upset them.
Baby chicks tend to take new arrivals in stride. Far from being stressful, they seem to enjoy having more tiny company! Integration doesn't start becoming a problem until the chicks are a couple of months old, and then it's not the older ones that are stressed--it's the new arrivals.

This is my broody hen Chloe and her hatched baby "Bunny" and her adopted d'uccle chick, "thumper".
Bunny is 10 days old, thumper is older.

X2 agree.

This is one of my naked necks named Dory. She's 2 weeks old and growing fast! Will she be blue or...? She had blue chick fluff, but her new feathers have buff streaks.

Chickens first time free rangin' before the rain started. They were really unsure at first but they started to venture out and loved it.

I don't how to upload pictures to this website. I just moved mine outside to their coop. I'll get a picture of them in their coop in a few minutes when I figure out how. Maybe I can't do it from my iPad and need to be on my computer.

Welcome!

I don't think pics can be uploaded from an iPad. Might need to wait til you can get to your computer :)

There's a little mountain icon that you click which will prompt you through uploading them.
