these babies are 1 week old now (gray egg gene chicks), below are americauna Isbar/or blue andelusian 5 days old

here is a pic of the yellow in back so you can see her markings...

although I believe the yellow is a male and below that is a SFH chick hatched Wed.

I'd like, die. I am so protective over my chickens, they can not step foot out of a pen I give them, and I don't do anything, like bring a feed pan or something in the pen if it'd maybe scare them, you are a brave one.

My child!<3 I knew a person, he actually got MAD with how much I loved chickens, because for some reason they were meant to be eaten, not loved and referred to as children, but I haven't talked to him in months, because he annoyed me so much. I think people are free to love their chickens and spoil them with love and treats and call them their children.
(It was not that argument I had on here, that would be rude)
