No its just I like taking them outside to play (Their trying their hardest play in that pen and jump out.)

They have a heat lamp and etc,everything they need.

I know these aren't chicks , but they are so cute I figured I'd post some pics here anyway. This was my ducklings first swim, they loved it!

They're precious! I have Muscovies due to hatch in May I can't wait!!!

ducks love the water at any age, but I have read to wait until they are 2 weeks old, it is when their oils come in.

As a kid growing up we had Rouens and a couple Pekins, several years ago we had Swedish Ducks. Ducks are just such fun birds to have in the yards.

Now there are 3, Vanestal, Hope (wyandotte) and Tami. One more egg is due to hatch on the 10th.

Here is an updated pic of my little Goldie... she is 3 weeks... and took a major turn for the worse. I posted about it here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/1095203/chick-slipped-tendon-pictures But we have her bad leg wrapped up now and she is shamefully resting. Praying for her to heal and re-join her buddies. I hate that we might lose her.



And her buddies are growing big and scraggly.
