Baby chick sick?

Our splash maran that we have is two weeks old. She is one of 24 we ordered from Meyer Hatchery. We have two bins connected and she goes to the bin with no other chickens. Tonight she was sitting and will not really get up. I picked her up and she can stand but I do not know what is wrong

Pick her up and feel her in your hand. Then put her down and do the same with another chick. Compare weight and general condition. Does the sick chick feel lighter, thinner, more boney, etc.? In other words, has it been getting enough to eat? If not, perhaps it's being bullied. Be sure it has access to food and water. It doesn't have pasty butt, does it?

If possible I'd get some Poultry Nutri-Drench and direct dose her with a few drops at full strength to see if that perks her up.

She does not feel lighter than the others or have pasty butt. She can stand up but looks like she has trouble walking.

Be careful putting liquid in her mouth, it can easily go down the wrong hole and aspirate her. Best to put a drop on the crease at the side of her beak and give her time to swallow it. Repeat as needed. Slow, but safe.
