Baby chick with eye problem

I have about 40 baby chickens right now, I noticed that this one had an eye problem, I quarantined it, started topical antibiotics, and it hasn't improved. One is on the upper eyelid the other is on the lower. I've switched to Oral antibiotics, but they aren't helping either. Any help would be appreciated.

Ouch! Poor baby; that does look sore

I hope that the folks on the ER forum are able to help you and her out and that she makes a full recovery.

Poor baby needs to see a vet. If the antibiotic is wrong for the problem she may get worse instead of better.

She ended up passing away the evening after I made the post, kind of strange that none of my other birds were affected. Thank you for the advice
