Baby chick won’t move correctly! Help!

Can she stand on her own and walk?

Do what you can, try getting drops of the sugar water into her and once hydrated, see if she will eat wet chick starter.

She has splayed legs? Can you tell if the tendons are slipped?
Sometimes little ones like this just fail to thrive.

This morning they were just starting to stand on their own but now they just kick their legs. Iv been giveinh them a little water every 30 mins or so but it seems they are only getting weaker. I found some hydro hen and have been using that along with fresh water. Their legs are too little for me to tell what exactly is wrong.

Oh, I'm sorry!
It sounds like she's failing. Do the best you can, keep her warm and comfortable. Giving her a drop or two of fluids like you are doing.
