Baby Chicken Cant Stand, Neck Sideways, Small Protrusion (Pictures)

How did this turn out? I have a chick with the same thing...actually 2 of them and I had one die overnight in the bator with it too. One seems stronger than the other. :-( Am I setting myself up for more loss?

Well all 3 that I had with those protrusions have died. :-( One seemed like it was going to make it, took some water, no bleeding etc, but it lived about 20 hours and that's it. Wish I knew why this occurred and what helps!
