Baby chickens fighting!

Hello there, i have problem
A baby chicken is pecking the other baby chickens eyes. Is there anything I can do to stop it?
Also the chicks are 1 day old.
And i don't think it's a pecking order
Because the other chicks don't peck back.
Also the aggressive chick doesn't seem to stop.
And it's just one aggressive chick pecking the other chicks eyes.

Did you show the pecking one day olds their water? By dunking the tip of their beaks, maybe she’s just seeing the shiny part of the eyes. Get them occupied with food and water might help.
