Baby Chickens & Pigeon "Crop milk"

So I'm really opposed to medicated chick & livestock feeds following the belief that this is how we breed antibiotic resistant pathogens that affect human health. I saw a study this morning talking about the effect of feeding Pigeon "Crop milk" to baby chickens and the beneficial effect it has on the chicks immune system and growth rate. Does any one know how easy or difficult it might be to find some "Crop milk" or have experience to share?
