Is this an EE or an Olive Egger? If it's an OE I want to keep it instead of mine.

I would say OE based on the lightly feathered legs. There are so many chonky babies, I love it!

Oh oops I forgot! I'll check the thread right now. I never cracked it, it's actually still in the incubator at home. Hope it's not stinking too bad. I didn't have time to crack it.

The SLW just randomly died under the heating pad.

They've all been doing great, in and out under the heating pad constantly. I had it on low but turned it off a couple hours ago. It felt plenty warm with them all cuddling in there. I don't know what happened. I feel really bad.

Aww I'm sorry. Poor thing! Maybe it got crushed? I just keep my heating pad on the whole time. Not sure if that's necessary, though. It just makes me feel better.

Thanks. Yeah I'm not sure, I'm guessing it must have somehow. I know it's a lot of chicks, but they didn't seem too crowded really. They're all so little still.
She was warm when I pulled her out, so I don't think they were chilled or anything. They've been so nice and quiet too, just sleeping and walking around.

Yes, coming next Monday! I ordered:

• 1 Chocolate Orpington Rooster
• 2 Chocolate Orpington hens
• 2 Barnevelder hens
• 2 Easter Eggers hen
• 1 Buff Orpington hen
• 1 Blue Australorp hen
• 1 Blue Laced Red Wyandotte hen

The chocolate Orpington Rooster on their website was gorgeous! I'm hoping the hens will be like him and be fluffier than the regular Tractor supply buff Orpingtons.
