No caffeine is poisonous to animals. Try and get some B complex crush it up and give her that in her water. mix it real good. Make sure what you buy has at least 150mgs of niacin in it.

Might be metal toxicity...can you get her to a vet? I would give B complex supplements (use niacin as a guide, 150 mg niacin per gallon drinking water). Could be infection.

Might consider giving a tablespoon of food grade activated charcoal in a quart of water overnight - it absorbs toxins. There is also a more concentrated recipe for charcoal slurry in the Duck Forum Stickies.
